Return Policy – Vosse Rare Plants

Because we sell living products that can dry out and/or spoil within the legal cooling-off period of 14 days, we cannot accept orders of these kind of products to be returned for refund or replacement. We only supply quality products. So if the plant(s) you received do not meet your quality expectations, please contact us so we can together find a solution.

You can return your purchases of non-living / perishable products from Vosse Rare Plants without giving a reason within 14 working days of receipt. The purchase amount will then be refunded after positive evaluation of the products within 14 days of receipt of the goods or, if you choose, a replacement copy of the same product will be sent to you.

With the exception of our (mini) terrariums, these cannot be replaced if damaged as they are unique items, we could send a similar one for replacement, but exactly the same is not possible.
