Vosse Rare Plants ensures that your orders are professionally packed, and are safely and quickly delivered to the shipping address provided during the ordering process. We work with the following shipping method:
MyParcel with track and trace data in an email via MyParcel (PostNL).
We ship on Mondays and Thursdays, your order will be shipped on the next shipping day if payment is received by us before 11:59am (GMT +2) the day before.
You can track the status of your orders by logging into your account or via Track order with your order number (indicated in the confirmation email) and email address.
Delivery will take place at the specified delivery address. When no one is present at the time of delivery (and the package does not fit in the mailbox) MyParcel will attempt to leave the package with neighbours. In such cases, a written notice is left. If the package cannot be delivered, the addressee will be informed in writing, stating: the possible options for a second attempt, the time and location of safekeeping and possible periods in which the shipment can be collected up at that location.
